Meet the Team
Jayme became a valued member of the team in May 2022, bringing with her six years of specialized experience in billing for ABA providers. She possesses a robust background in ABA billing, including expertise in accounts receivable management, submitting appeals, rate negotiations, and contracting and credentialing. Jayme is deeply committed to supporting providers nationwide, enabling them to concentrate on delivering exceptional care to their clients. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jayme is a dedicated wife and mother who enjoys exploring new places, baking, and immersing herself in a good book.

Katherine Viramontes
Katherine joined the Team in February 2023, bringing with her three years of specialized experience in billing for ABA providers. Her expertise spans billing, accounts receivable management, appeals, authorizations, eligibility and benefits, as well as credentialing and contracting. Katherine is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her firm approach when dealing with challenging insurance companies. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, binge-watching television shows, reading, and crocheting.
Bernadette joined Integrity Billing as a Billing Specialist in October 2023, bringing three years of experience in this role. In her current position, she is responsible for managing the primary billing processes and payment postings for the company's accounts. Before transitioning to her career in billing, Bernadette accumulated 27 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
Outside of her professional life, Bernadette cherishes time with her family and friends, whether enjoying a cruise or attending unique events like lawnmower races in small mountain towns. She has a passion for travel, particularly visiting her children and grandchildren in Montana and Nevada, two of her favorite destinations.

Kathy joined the Team in April 2025, bringing with her 16 years of experience in Production Operations. Expertise in streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Skilled in data analysis, risk management, and process improvement, leveraging bilingual communication to support and collaborate with production leadership for strategic growth. Demonstrates strong organizational and team leadership abilities, ensuring project success and client satisfaction through meticulous oversight and effective collaboration. Outside of her professional role, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Especially her annual family beach vacation.
