• Benefit checks every 6 months to determine if there are any coverage changes • Initial benefit checks include gathering information on patient deductibles, copays/coinsurance, and out of pocket max • Benefit checks are done for both primary and secondary insurances • Coordination of benefits on file for clients with secondary insurances
